Welcome to my personal website. This site contains my best work to date, along with my resume.
Since graduating from the University of Southern California in 2003 I’ve worked as web designer and developer for small e-commerce companies and more recently for the Girl Scouts of Northern California. I’m currently in my second year as a Master’s student at the School of Information at UC Berkeley.
My studies have focused on classic information organization and retrieval problems, and user experience design for creating and consuming electronic media in academia (see "Projects" for more details). I am interested in developing ways to make information more accessible and useful in education, research, and other not-for-profit organizations.
I used to sing Mezzo-Soprano in USC’s pop/rock a cappella group, the SoCal VoCals. I’m also a certified scuba diver, a decent sailor, and a good cook (at least my husband thinks so).
